In this part, power cables are designed. There is a push button for Standard name, which is clicked to run the design section. and a setting part to see some tables of the standard and make some modifications.
Standard Section:
Software includes two different sections. A section above the scroll, and a section inside the scroll.
In the first section, cable layers and general information is chosen. This information includes: Cable Size, Rated voltage, Fire resistance status, Conductor material and class, Insulation and jacket material, Screen, Lead sheath and armour. Then all cable layers dimensions and weight will be calculated. Whenever a change applies to this part all cable parameters will be recalculated.
In the second part, all cable parameters are calculated. In the left part wire diameters, numbers, thicknesses and some other information is shown and also can be changed. when a parameter is changed, all other parameters will be recalculated. All calculated parameters are shown in the right part.
Setting section:
By clicking on setting, a setting window will be run. There are some tabs to modify tables. First, in the above section, enter an ID number of the table and press check to see details. Then you can change details and then update information. Also, you can enter a new ID and save details on the table or delete a row. In the above section all parameters can be changed, and in the below section you can just see the Table.
